Women empowerment is living in a world where we as women get to make our own decisions for our own benefit and for others. Women empowerment has helped us become equals in a, so called ‘Man’s World’. It has brought us the confidence to rightfully claim back what is truly ours. Our self-worth, our dignity and the respect, we need to have complete control of our life in both the workplace and our homes. Women have the rights to have their voices heard. Women empowerment means standing together with your fellow women, not putting them down. As women, we should strive to empower women, motivate each other and stand by each other to help them succeed and be happy about it. “The empowered women is powerful beyond measure and beautiful beyond description” - Steve Maraboli
Every woman has a power female role model, that woman that inspires them beyond measure; Claudia’s power female role model is Princess Diana. “Not only is she an inspiration to me, but to so many people. Her compassionate hard work to help those in need is something that I admire and believe in everyday. She has influenced me, because she chose willingly to help those that were sick and poor, even though she was royalty. We should all aspire to be like her. No matter where we are or what we have, there are never enough hands to help in the world. And even though she is no longer with us, her kindness and her title of ‘The People’s Princess’ will forever linger with me now and in the future. “Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.” For Tiashni, besides her mother who is always her rock, she looks up to a wonderful female YouTuber called iisuperwomanii, also known as Lilly Singh. “Her video’s motivate me, it is fun to watch and always so relatable. She is such a success, and that empowers me to become a success as well.”
One cannot talk about women without mentioning women’s fashion, and one cannot mention women’s fashion without thinking about ‘The Little Black Dress’ or LBD. Black is such a classic colour. It’s a timeless item; you can create so many different looks to match any feeling. It’s a simple piece, but there is such beauty in simplicity that I can't help but love. Every woman should have a little black dress hanging in their closets. Most of us keep our Little Black Dress as a saving grace. When there is only 20minutes to look and feel beautiful, your little black dress will be your ‘old faithful’. The reason for choosing the Little Black Dress is because when a women puts on a dress it makes her feel beautiful and fabulous, which is how every women should feel all the time. And black is a flattering colour on all shapes and sizes. So when you put the two together, you have the perfect fit.

2. Sneakers - dress it down and give your feel a break with a comfy pair of sneakers.
