For now let me introduce you the woman behind her look as she takes us through her brand as a makeup artist. She will be conducting a makeup work shop this August on Women's Month in collaboration with The Legacy of True Beauty.

Martina Williams :

Tell us about the House of Tina? What inspired you to start the brand?
Beauty business ran in the family. My mother was the owner of a beauty school for 10 years. My passion started when I saw her running it successfully. I fell in love with beauty and pampering sessions.

When you get into the makeup industry and what is your main goal?
My main goal is to encourage ladies to take care of themselves and show them how they can be A-listers on any other day.

Describe a woman that is beautiful and empowered in your own words?
Firstly you have to think of yourself in a way you want to be perceived. I think a woman that is comfortable in her own skin and Goal oriented can change

Let’s talk makeup. How to get rid of under eye circles?
It is important to remove eye makeup daily using Eye makeup remover. Lack of sleep, coupled with poor vitamin absorption tends to reduce adrenal function and thinning from age are key problems that affect under eye circles aging thins the skin, making veins and vessels more obvious as your fat and collagen depletes over time.

How do I pick the right bronzer?
Bronzer must highlight your skin and give you a glow, if it’s ashy or too glittery it’s not the correct one. A shade lighter than your skin tone is recommended.
How can stop eyeliner from smearing?
Water proof eyeliner is the best and generally try not to rub your eyes, it’s a bad habit.

How can I stop my foundation from rubbing off?
Foundation is meant to be set with translucent powder, for touch ups throughout the day I found that dabbing with a piece of tissue helps a lot and reduces makeup appearing cakey.

Who is your favourite makeup artist and why?
Patrick Starr is an International makeup artist based in America, his work just speaks for himself.

What is your favourite makeup brand?
Basically I’ve tried a lot of brands and for me I’d say there are good products for winter such as MAC because they are oil based mostly and for summer I prefer Mary K and Cipria foundations , they are light weighted. Black up blends very well at any given time so I think my top three are MAC, Mary K and Black up.

What did you enjoy about the Miss Shortie Campaign?
The opportunity to connect with Goal oriented lady and discuss women empowerment opportunities.

How do you go about creating a look for Tendai?
For me I love to enhance features and make sure the person can embrace the look than to totally transform someone and leave them feeling less confident so I asked her what she had in mind and worked on that.

What is your biggest dream?
I would love to own a Makeup Artistry School.

What is the one thing that you can't leave without in your make bag and why?
Gel Liner, because just one application to the eyes can change a whole look

Which celebrity would love to do their makeup?
Nicki Minaj, I love her to bits.

Advice to Women about the do's and don’ts makeup.
Do's - Apply makeup to enhance your beauty. Always moisturize your skin before makeup application. Use brown line for eyebrows.
Don't apply excess foundation as it will become crakey
Don’t sleep with makeup on
Don't do bright eyes and bright lips because your face will look too busy.
Don't shave off all your eye brows just to re-draw them.
Don't use makeup past expiry date and never buy products from (black market / China) (imitations) because you will not know how they have been processed and can be harmful in the long run
